Legs are everything!

If you've ever seen a fighter lose all the strength in their punches or
start getting caught by unnecessary punches or kicks. it's most likely that
their legs have gone out...in fight terms that means that your conditioning
is shot. All your power comes from the ground up, first traveling by
pressing forward with your legs and finally with your body weight traveling
through the punch or kick. So running, biking, jumping rope all of which
improve leg strength and stamina are critical to powerful punches and kicks.
So simply put...to finish strong, legs are everything!
